I never had access to a real camera as a kid. I used to think it was pointless to take pictures because I never had the money to print them out.  Then I took on a job which included taking pictures at a school.  I was instantly captivated by the emotion and beauty you could capture with a camera.  I had to know more!  That is what has ALWAYS drawn me in is capturing genuine emotion.  I was always the romantic as a child, I watched every disney movie and love story that is out there.  So being blessed to not only hear but capture my couples love story is every romantic's dream!  You don't realize how important pictures are until you lose a loved one.  There is a photo of my pappy and grandma in a field surrounded by high grass and flowers, it is literally the iconic family image of the two of them.  I never got to meet my grandma, but my Pappy never remarried.  I asked him one day why, his response, "I could never find another women liker her!"  This is what I want to capture, that beautiful intimacy that makes up a couple.  I photograph from my heart and soul!  I hope that with every wedding there is that iconic image, that captures the essence of their love for years to come!
